The 13th Asia-Pacific Rally was organized by Formosa Camping and Caravanning Club (FCCC) from 11th to 15th November 2010 in Sansia Town, Taipei County, Taiwan. It is located about 30 minutes from the Taipei airport and about 40 minutes from Taipei City. The rally site is called "Queen Town Forest"and well designed for camping and leisure. For accommodation there are 12 caravans and 6 cabins which are fully equipped for convenience.
The rally was particpated in by total participants 412 from Portugal(FICC president), Japan (JAC), Korea (KCCF), China (CSLCDA), Finland (SF-Caravan), Netherlands (NCC) and Taiwan (FCCC/CAROC). All of them enjoyed the rally full of entertainment including an opening parade, oficial dinner party and a number of private parties, interesting bus excurtions and so on and so forth. Through these programms, especially foreign campers could enjoy again the world famous Taiwanese hospitalty.
At the Closing Ceremony, following the speech by the Chairman of the Rally, therw was an awarding ceremony on the stage. Awarded with FICC plaques were Formosa Camping & Caravanning Club, Camping Association of the Republic of China, Japan Auto Camping Federation, Korea Camping & Caravanning Federation and China Sports Leisure Culture Development Association. In addition two more plaques were delivered to Queen Town Campsite and Mr.DeYuan CHANG, President of FCCC. After the FICC Asia-Pacific flag was lowered to the music of Beethoven's "The Ode to Joy" it was returned to Mr.Kazuhiro Akase, Secretary General of the Commission. Finally, all the rally participants sang "Auld Lang Syne" arm in arm promissing to meet again at the next rally.
