Rikuzen Takata Mobilia
This public-owned, high-standard campsite is situated on Hirota Peninsula in the southeast of Iwate Prefecture. Its tent sites are as spacious as 100 to 300 square meters and provided with excellent facilities. For example, each block is equipped with a water-supply line, a sink, and an electric hookup. The Center House is complete with a large public bath. The landscape is spectacular with a breathtaking panoramic view of the pine forest by the sandy beach at sunset and night. Sightseeing attractions include Kurosaki Cliffs Viewpoint, the Sea and Shell Museum, and many others.
