Tent Glossary - Terms and definitions

	AREAS OF THE TENT	テントの区域

1.2.1	pitching area Total area necessary to pitch the tent on the ground (including guy lines)	設営区域テントを張るために必要な地面上の総区画をいう（張り綱部も含まれる）。

1.2.2	base area Area limited by the outer tent which contacts the ground, except the mud walls	基礎区域外幕の壁が地面と触れる位置で囲まれる区域をいう。ただし、泥よけ部は含まれない。

1.2.3	usable area Total of the sleeping area and all other usable space	使用可能区域就寝及び居住区域の総計をいう。

1.2.4	sleeping area Part of the usable area which is intended for sleeping purposes	就寝区域基礎区域内の就寝のために設計された区域をいう。

1.2.5	living room Part of the tent which serves the purpose of cooking, standing, sitting (table and chairs) as well as for storing, with the exception of the wardrobe	リビングルーム調理、立ち座り（いすとテーブルを使用）、及び物を置く場所として使用されるテントの居住空間をいう。ただし、ワードローブは含まない。

1.2.6	kitchen Area provided for cooking in the tent	キッチンテント内の調理のための区域

1.2.7	wardrobe Space for hanging clothes	ワードローブ手荷物や衣装を置くためのテント内の空間をいう。

1.2.8	storage space Area for storing items not in use	収納スペース使用しない品物を収納するためのスペース
